b) Display the press pass and wristband visibly at all times while within the festival grounds;
c) Not to enter restricted areas;
d) Not to photograph restricted areas or take photographs from restricted areas (e.g., from the stage);
e) Not to photograph or film using drones;
f) Adhere to any additional restrictions on photography imposed by the organisers or artists;
g) Not to make audio or video recordings without prior authorisation from the artists or organisers;
h) Ensure all copyright credits are correctly attributed;
i) Maintain ethical and professional conduct, respecting organisers, colleagues, the audience, and artists.
Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in the revocation of accreditation.
Additional obligations for photographers accredited under section 1(c):
Accredited photographers must provide the festival organisers with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 80 unwatermarked photographs, granting permission for their non-commercial use in festival promotion and archival purposes. The festival will share the images on its social media channels, crediting the photographer. Photos must be submitted to the festival’s communications team by 31 July 2026.
Guidelines for the photographers' pit (including video operators):
Due to the layout of festival venues, the photographers' pit is very limited in space. These areas are designated workspaces, and photographers and video operators must act discreetly to avoid disrupting performances or obstructing the audience’s view. As the pit naturally creates a visual barrier between the stage and the front-row audience, all efforts should be made to minimise disturbance. Tripods are only permitted when space allows. Image capture restrictions are determined by the artists and festival organisers.

Credential requests can be submitted using this form until 8 July 2026
